| Immediately after we
receive operator bids for your Travel Request the bids are sent by
email to the address you gave us when you signed up. A link on
the message will take you to the Viewing Bid page as shown in the
example below. You can also access this page by: 1. Login 2. click "My Trips" 3. Click "View" the appropriate Travel Request. The "Viewing Travel Requst" page shows all of the bids you have received at the bottom of the page. 4. Click the appropriate bid and you will see a page similar to the example below. You can visit the operator's web site and view statistics of the aircraft before you contact them. When you find a bid that interests you just call or email the operator directly to book your flight. We ask that you inform us of your travel plans as they solidify or change. This will help us keep our system information up to date and continue to improve our services. Taxijet charges the winning operator a 5% finder's fee after you pay them. This fee does not increase your price. Just send us a quick email telling us which operator you chose. If you need assistance in arranging the flight or have general questions that apply to more than one of the bids a Taxijet Representative is available to assist you. Specific questions are better answered by contacting the bidding operator directly. If you receive a bid/quote that does not contain the operator's contact information a Taxijet representative will need to do further coordination to effect the contact. |
