Air Taxi saves time!

a Luxury Portal
Aircraft Operators

Taxijet’s proprietary software will bring paying customers to you.    A traveler or shipper (Requester) can submit an online Travel Request form in three to five minutes.  These requests are instantly sent to your dispatcher's email address and are posted on our Request Board.

Once you receive an alert email or find an interesting Travel Request on the Request Board you have the option to submit bids/quotes for service in one of two ways:

  1. Taxijet.com’s online bidding service.  This is our primary routing format.  Your bid will be instantly sent to the Requester with your offer price, contact information and web address in the email.   Our system automatically adds 5% (less taxes) to your quote to cover our finder's fee.  Our fee is explained during the bidding process.  If the Requester is interested in booking your aircraft they will call or email you directly to book the flight.    If you book a flight with our client we ask that you send us our finder's fee whether we bill you or not.  To submit your bid:
    1. If you have already signed up for Taxijet’s service:

                                                              i.      Click the "Place Bid" button at the bottom of the "Viewing Request" page and follow the instructions. You can bid on individual legs of any Travel Request.

ii.      You’ll be asked to log in with your user name and password.

    1. If you do not have an account with Taxijet.com:
                            i.      fill out this online form.  Note: be sure to sign up as an Operator and not as a Requester.
ii.      Email the following documents to info@taxijet.com or FAX them to (480)393-5635:

1.      Air Carrier Certificate

2.      Page D085-1 of your Operations Specifications

3.      Page A003-1 of your Operations Specifications

iii.      After we have received the documents and verified your company status with the FAA we will authorize your account and send you an email verification.

  1. Conventional Communications (email, FAX, phone)
    a.  Please send your quotes net/net (No taxes and No broker discount) as a reply to the Travel Request alert you receive.  Address quote to:  "
    Client of Taxijet.com."
    b.  We will add 5% of the charter price (less taxes) to your quote for our finder's fee and another 5% handling fee.    - Save 5% by using our automated system to avoid the handling fee and make your bid more competitive!!!
    c.  Your quote will be processed manually which may cause delays.
    d.  Your quote to the Requester will not include your contact information.  If the Requester is interested in booking your flight we will make contact with you to make arrangements.
    e.  We will give you the Requester's contact information only after you provide the above listed certification documents and sign up for our services.

Taxijet will not receive any money from the Requester for the trip.  The Requester will pay the operator directly for flights.  TAXIJET WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF TAXES.

There are no up front costs to use our service.   No sign up fee, no monthly fee.  You only pay us a finder's fee after you are paid by our client.
